​​​ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Sylvie Jordan, a Miami native, became a published author in 1997 when her poem, The Year That Was, was printed in the National Library of Poetry.  This was to be the first of many poems she would write, and that would take her on a journey of self-discovery and healing. 

Almost twenty years later, beautifully illustrated underwater, her first poetry book has come to life. 

Sylvie continues to write, believing in the power of words and their magic to empower, enlighten and enrich the human spirit.
